Order Cancellation

Ownership of goods transfers to you once payment has been received
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are dispatched

Order Cancellation Due to Error

If a product is listed incorrectly due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
Any payments received will be refunded in full.

Returns & Exchanges

If a product is faulty or damaged, you may choose a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or damaged goods must be reported via email or our Contact Us page
Undamaged goods may be exchanged (not refunded) if returned unused within 14 days, subject to approval
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
