Ink & Toner Cartridges

At TodayTech Computers, we aim to resolve faulty cartridge issues quickly and with minimal inconvenience.

In most cases, we can arrange a replacement without requiring the cartridge to be returned, provided we receive the correct information. Following the steps below helps us process your replacement as efficiently as possible.

Cartridge Replacement Procedure

1. Locate the Batch Number

Each cartridge has a batch number located on the cartridge itself.

  • This is usually a small white sticker

  • It contains letters, numbers, and sometimes a barcode

  • The batch number is on the cartridge — not on the box

If there is no sticker, the batch number may be printed directly on the cartridge body. Please check carefully.

2. Take a Clear Photo

Take a clear photo of the batch number label (or printed batch number).

3. Send Us the Details

Please SMS the photo to 0400 376 017, including:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Cartridge type and colour

  • Product code (if available)

Providing as much detail as possible helps us minimise follow-up questions and speeds up your replacement.

4. Keep the Cartridge Temporarily

Please do not dispose of the faulty cartridge immediately.

  • Keep it for at least 7 days after receiving the replacement

  • In rare cases, we may need the cartridge returned for inspection

If we do not contact you within 7 days of the replacement being delivered, you may safely dispose of the faulty cartridge.

Important Information

  • We receive a high volume of warranty requests each month

  • Batch numbers must be supplied from the cartridge itself, not the packaging

  • Complete information ensures faster processing

Other Technology Products

The procedure above applies specifically to ink and toner cartridges.

Warranty and return processes for computers, printers, hardware, and other technology products are handled in accordance with:
